Learnmode Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between Learnmode (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual or entity (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) who wishes to participate in the Learnmode Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up for the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Affiliate Registration
1.1 To become an Affiliate, you must apply to the Program through our designated affiliate registration process. You need to identify Your website, describe how You plan to promote Learnmode’s services on Your website, and provide certain contact information. We may, in our sole discretion, accept or reject your application which you will be emailed shortly after your Application. 1.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when applying to the Program, including your contact details, payment information, and any other requested information.
2. Commissions
2.1 As an Affiliate, you will earn a commission on qualified sales of Learnmode courses referred by you. The commission rate is set at 10% of the total course purchase price.
2.2 Commissions will only be paid on completed and verified transactions. Transactions that are canceled or refunded will not be eligible for commission.
2.3 Cookies will be used to track referrals, and the cookie duration is set at 30 days. If a referred customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will be eligible for a commission on that sale.
3. Payouts
3.1 Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout amount of £20 (GBP) required for payment.
3.2 You may choose to receive your commissions via PayPal or bank transfer. It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment information to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
3.3 Learnmode reserves the right to withhold commissions if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
4. Promotional Activities
4.1 As an Affiliate, you are responsible for promoting Learnmode courses in a legal and ethical manner. You may use approved marketing materials provided by Learnmode or create your own, but all promotional activities must adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 You may not engage in spamming, unethical marketing practices, or any activity that may harm the reputation of Learnmode.
5. Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2 If terminated, you will be entitled to unpaid commissions only up to the date of termination.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 Learnmode reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through our affiliate dashboard.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Governing Laws: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without reference to its choice or conflicts of law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
7.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary such that the intent of both parties is effectuated, and the remainder of these Terms shall have full force and effect.
7.3 Independent Contractors: Each party shall be deemed to be independent contractors with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and nothing contained in these Terms shall be deemed or construed in any manner as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary, or other similar relationship.
7.4 Headings and Titles: The headings and titles contained in these Terms are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms herein.
7.5 Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between Learnmode and the Affiliate and shall supersede all prior agreements and communications between us, oral or written.
7.6 Modification Clause: From time to time, Learnmode may update these Terms. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end your participation in the Affiliate Program.
You can NOT be an affiliate for your own courses if you are an Instructor on Learnmode.
